Who these terms are with

Acceptable use
- Use the site for lawful, personal or business research and to contact me about work
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure
- Do not submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content through the contact form
- Do not use the contact form for unsolicited marketing, recruitment spam, link building, or automated submissions
- Do not impersonate another person or organisation, or send details you have no right to share
- Do not bypass or interfere with the spam protection and rate limiting on the contact form
I may block access or refuse to respond to submissions that break these rules.
How enquiries through this site are handled
What happens when you submit
Your name, email, subject, selected service, and message are stored so I can read and reply to them. A spam check runs before the message is accepted. Details on storage and retention are in the Privacy Policy.
Response times
I aim to reply within a few working days, but no response time is guaranteed. Delivery of an enquiry is not guaranteed either, so if you have not heard back, please email hello@nyxayastudios.com directly.
No engagement is created
Sending an enquiry, and my replying to it, does not create a contract, retainer, or client relationship. Work only begins once we have agreed scope, fees, and timelines in a signed proposal or written agreement.
Confidentiality of what you send
I treat enquiry details as confidential and do not share them with third parties beyond the service providers needed to run the site and my email. Please do not send sensitive, regulated, or highly confidential material through the form before we have an agreement in place.
Ideas shared in an enquiry
Descriptions of your project remain yours. I may work with other organisations in similar sectors; sending an enquiry does not create exclusivity or restrict who I can work with.

The content on this site is provided for general information about my services. It is not professional, legal, financial, or business advice, and it should not be relied on as the basis for a decision without tailored guidance.
Case studies, examples, and descriptions of past work illustrate approach rather than promise outcomes. Communications results depend on factors outside my control, so no specific reach, growth, or commercial result is guaranteed.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". I do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and I may change, suspend, or remove content at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, Nyxaya Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.
These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands. I may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
