How do you communicate a technically complex, trust-sensitive product to several audiences at once without losing clarity or credibility? The deliverable was the copy, but the work led with the architecture behind it: how the pages were divided and why, the UX journey each page was designed for, how keywords were integrated, and how internal linking carried visitors between technical depth and commercial intent. As the first communications hire, it meant building the whole content strategy, tone of voice & messaging from scratch.
Outcomes

- Produced a mix of short-form, long-form and branded assets — from web pages and resource hubs to brochures, PR pieces and LinkedIn content
