I am Viktoria, a passionate comms pioneer whose background lies at the intersection of strategic planning & creative execution. In a true exploratory manner, my work spans fields such as tech, NGOs, academia, and government.

What started as my affinity for international project management eventually turned into a focus on storytelling, communications, and audience engagement. I've lived in 7 different countries and explored many work paths across various ecosystems. Yet they all had one thing in common: learning how to use my fascination with narratives and creativity to shape opinions, perceptions, and beliefs.

I spent years learning how to build compelling stories that engage audiences, pique people's interest, prompt involvement, and nudge them towards action. Equipped with an international lens and intersectional mindset, I can craft strategies that turn good stories into an impactful driver for change.
